Primitive Fish Bone Bracelet
This earthy, exotic artisan bracelet features a unique 2-strand design incorporating a variety of natural materials including bone, turquoise, brass, leather and ceramic. The triangle beads are handmade out of natural bone and dyed or antiqued to obtain their color. The unique pendant is a ceramic cast petroglyph replica of a fishbone.
The toggle clasp is created by Thailand's Karen Hill Tribe from .999 pure silver. Much of the village is involved in the beadmaking process, as this artwork is what is sustaining the Karen Hill Tribe people. The recent interest in their silverwork has enabled them to rely mainly on their traditional craftmaking and silversmithing abilities rather than having to look for work in the city.
As with all natural materials, expect slight variations in color, shape and size.
